Do I need to be registered for Once Upon a Training?
Yes, this add-on is open only to Once Upon a Training YEAR attendees. / No, it's open to any therapist.
Is my park ticket included?
No. You'll need your own valid ticket with the Park Hopper option for DATE, because we'll visit more than one park during the day. Your VIP guide is included.
Will we really get work done at Disney?
Yes. The VIP guide handles routes and timing, so the time you'd normally spend in lines and planning goes into coaching. Lunch is a dedicated, sit-down planning session.
What if it rains?
The day goes ahead rain or shine. Bring a poncho!
How much walking is there?
A fair amount, since we move between parks. Wear comfortable shoes. If you have accessibility needs, tell us ahead of time and we'll plan for them.
Is this therapy?
No. This is business coaching and consulting for clinicians. It is not therapy or clinical supervision.
What if fewer than 6 people sign up?
The VIP Strategy Day runs once at least 6 spots are filled. If it doesn't, you'll get a full refund.
The policies
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable after (date). / Refunds are available until (date), minus (amount).
- Transfers: Spots may / may not be transferred to another clinician with notice by (date).
- Payment plans: If you miss a payment, you may lose your spot.
- VIP guide: If Disney can't provide a VIP guide, the day still goes ahead, and you'll get a refund of $X for the guide's share of the price.
- Weather: The day goes ahead rain or shine.
- Conduct: We may remove anyone whose behavior disrupts the group, without a refund.
- This experience is business coaching and consulting. It is not therapy.
